In urgent situations we can often start within 24–48 hours. Most families begin within a week of the in-home assessment.
What does in-home care cost?+
Rates depend on hours and level of care. The in-home assessment is free, and you'll receive a written estimate before committing to anything.
Is there a minimum number of hours?+
Typical visits are a minimum of 3 hours so we can meaningfully help — but we'll work with you on schedules that fit real life.
What if the caregiver isn't the right fit?+
Tell us. We re-match, quietly and quickly. No charge, no awkwardness — this is the whole point of matching in person first.
Do you accept long-term care insurance?+
Yes. We'll help you navigate the paperwork and coordinate directly with most long-term care insurers.
